At ZivaStyle, we are committed to delivering quality ladies' and kids' clothing across Pakistan safely and on time.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and areas of Pakistan through trusted courier services.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Major Cities: 2–5 working days

Other Areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays. 

4. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected orders from time to time. 

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address. 

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp so you can track your parcel. 

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect information. 

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

ZivaStyle is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances after dispatch.
